Leading FMCG cartons manufacturer Boxes GH has further increased its production capabilities by installing a 6 colour and coater Mitsubishi printing press.

The press has full end of press UV drying plus six interdeck drying units and will provide extra flexibility in the production process on both short and long print runs.

It follows a €5million investment in new press and pre-press facilities at sister companies Boxes Prestige and Boxes Prestige Poland last year - including two new presses, a folder-gluer and an XM Easybender - to offer faster running speeds.

The latest press replaces a Roland machine and will operate alongside a Roland 900 at the GH plant in Great Harwood, Lancashire.
